COWGIRL CLUE

Born and raised in the heart of the Lonestar State, Cowgirl Clue is an artist and producer best known for her eclectic electronic pop music and esoterically-trendsetting visuals. Taking influence from her experience as an underground DJ; mixing Drum and Bass, jungle, footwork, pop, and techno as early as age seventeen, she started to develop her diverse sound in 2015. Cowgirl Clue’s earliest release, “Cherry Jubilee” showcases her creative soar of drum and bass meets sugary vocals. Cowgirl Clue’s live performances leave the audience spellbound to the charm of Cowgirl Clue, as she flips the room with edgy bass lines and a fairy-like, catapulting performance. Cowgirl Clue is a longtime asset and contributor to California based collective, Vada Vada. She ignites her ability to innovate rave/pop genres and articulate suburban-fantasy-nostalgia in a present fashion.

Her recent release, “Teacup”, a one-minute-and-thirty-eight second, breakbeat pop track, lassos her connection between satire and optimism, illustrated with a bold music video that coins her true artistic nature. In 2019, she broke out with her debut album, ‘Icebreaker’, which best captivated the spirit and birth of Cowgirl Clue. Written and produced by Clue, herself, ‘Icebreaker’ soon became an anthem to the Y2K revival generation, as her bubbly sound captured a niche, stylish audience. Cowgirl Clue has shared the stage with acts such as Dorian Electra, Kero Kero Bonito, The Garden, and Crystal Castles and more.

HER NEW KNIFE

Her New Knife is a shoegaze/alternative band based out of Philadelphia, PA. The group’s members include Edgar Atencio (guitar and vocals), Ben Kachler (guitar), Carolina Schooley (bass), and Elijah Ford (drums). The band’s recent EP, ‘chrome is lullaby’, captures a raw, vulnerable allure, offering fans of shoegaze and post-punk a profound connection to their unique sound. Their live performances are a mesmerizing experience, where scraping guitars and relentless, machine-like drums create an atmosphere that is both intense and ephemeral. Each show is an oblique journey, drawing the audience into fleeting and intimate moments. Her New Knife is currently working on a debut LP, expected to release in late 2025.

SWEET93

sweet93 embodies the hazy, drifting summers of the early 90’s – a time when the lullabies of Slowdive and the sweetness of Mazzy Star ruled the alternative rock scene. Based in NYC, sweet93’s songs are the soundtrack to a waking dream.

“All The Same All OK”, Sweet93’s self-released debut LP, is a collection of these shoegaze dreamscapes. A blissed out collapse of reverb and layered chaos that switches gears abruptly to acoustic minimalism. Her storytelling focuses on love and inevitable loss, a fear of being both uncovered and invisible.

Gloriously lo-fi, sweet93’s recent singles “Stars Above” and “Be my Best” drip in walls of echo and aural swirl – songs that would have bloomed in the era of MTV’s 120 Minutes, when the mystery between artist and listener still existed. With a new record in the works, sweet93 will be heading out on her first US tour in the fall of 2024, supporting friend and collaborator Porches.
